Machine learning in a nutshell means the techniques of making use of computers to learn without human instructions. This means that by giving a computer something to learn and then modifying its model while doing this, the machine can get better and better at taking in new information without human participation. This basic concept can be observed by the concept where we are seeing children instantly learn, instead of having to have children learn math by reading certain sets of books or research papers.

So
for predicting the occurrence of cancer screenings, we can do it by teaching
the machine by observing our behaviors, personal monitoring when we visit the
hospital, what are we doing before going to the health center.

This method works similarly to recording the behavior of a human-like “Observation is the first step”. A machine starts with watching an event and observing or looking at the event through its eyes and its camera. The way machine learning works is by creating a model that can identify patterns and predict outcomes. Eventually, the machine learns to predict events on its own and then experiences how humans identify those patterns and predict outcomes. This becomes a natural or learned behavior.

As
I said the basic concept behind machine learning is observing our behaviors and
monitoring our behavior before taking in new information. This is done by using
system analysis that has collection and data analysis.

collection by conducting a user survey or assessment.
- Data
analysis using some software applications.
- As
we are doing different things and watching the different events and monitoring
them through our eye scans and our behavior our self becomes a learning tool.
